👋 TL;DR
We are looking for a Full-time (remote) Senior Product Manager to join our team and become a part of our exciting journey! You will join a team of experienced developers and passionate team members to build the digital onboarding solution that the 21st century deserves.
We are a Berlin based start-up working on tackling the problems of the future of work. We believe that the future is more connected with digital bridges between team members and that the software of the future has to provide a great experience for all of the users. Currently, unfortunately most software does not match our expectations and we believe that we can do better.
📝 Our history
We launched in February after raising a 6-digit funding round from stellar angel investors. Between February and now we worked with more than 15 companies and 350 employees have used our product. We have currently pivoted to solve major pain points that come with the remote onboarding process. More about our journey here:

Our team consists of young and ambitious individuals. We have a great support culture internally where we seek to unlock the potential of each other. We take pride in taking responsibility in our roles and collaborate with our team members to achieve our goals.
🚀 Our product
We are building the 21st century digital employee journey software starting with the onboarding process. Before our pivot we had the chance to work closely with more then 50 HR & People Managers to understand the pain points and the problems they face when remote. The onboarding process brings a lot of changes in the remote environment. Our product helps HR and other stakeholders manage the onboarding process efficiently, saving time and reducing manual work. But this is just the start. We want to focus a lot on the employee experience to provide a great, gamified and engaging first impression. We are working on launching our MVP in August to already start testing.
